Hair Bow Holder
I guess you could say after having Isabella I became a little crafty. Not sure if it because all this girlie stuff is so much fun or if I have a new little creative side I didn't know I had. Anyway, I made her this hair bow holder this weekend. Her room is pink and brown so I came up with this ribbon design and added some bling bling with the jewels. I thought it turned out pretty good. What do you think?
This is the holder with all her hair bows on it. I made all the ones you see on here. Another little creative project I've been working on. Trying to match hair bows to all of her outfits. It's a lot of fun, but quite time-consuming. I love to see her in them though. What do you think?

Bye-Bye Baby
Isabella started saying Bye-bye and waving! It is so cute. She's been babbling, but I can tell she is really learning fast! Check her sweet voice out......

Mom and I took these pictures of Isabella in her spring dress. I have so many in her closet I couldn't wait to get them out and take pictures of her in them. She constantly had her hands in her mouth so there's not many with smiles, but I still think they're so sweet.

Isabella has found a bunch of new toys! She loves the plastics in our kitchen. This picture was the early morning of the 12th. The next picture was tonight before dinner. She looks so different in these. I just love this sleepy face and yes, she still has the orange nose. :)

It Finally Snowed!
Oh, I just love this picture. Isabella couldn't stop staring at the snow. It is so much fun to watch her see and learn new things. I just want to teach her as much as I can everyday. She wasn't outside long in this picture, hence no jacket. Just a quick picture moment. Isn't it so beautiful? BTW, we've been telling dada to take those Christmas lights down, but as you can see, they're still there. :)
This was our back deck. It piled up out there so we plopped her down in it. She just looked and looked. I think she loved the snow falling down from the sky.
After our fun time in the snow we had to take her for a checkup at the doctor. She wanted to check her lungs to make sure they were all clear. I felt so bad, she had a 101.9 temp and her chest still sounded bad. So we now have her on amoxicillin for 10 days. I guess I shouldn't have had her out in the cold this morning. You'll have to say a little prayer for her to get well since it's now going on 3 weeks.
I can't believe it finally snowed so much! Peter and I were so excited so we got her out early in the morning. We didn't want it to melt before we could get pictures of her in it. Here is Isabella with her neighbors Wade and Gray Steelman.

Sometimes I try to think of different ways to take her picture. This one was just for fun. She was not interested in the monkey. She IS the monkey! She loved being up high. I love this little smile.

A Woman of Wisdom
If you haven't clicked on the link Boothe Farley~Keeping Awake here on my blog, please check her blog website out. She has so many words of wisdom that she posts on a regular basis. I don't know her, but her writings inspire me to be a better Christian. The latest blog is about Oprah supporting "A Course in Miracles" taught by Marianne Williamson. She is on target about this course leading women down a dangerous path to finding personal fulfillment in ways other than Jesus or the Bible. We as women have to be alert to false teachings even more so today than in the past. It makes me sad that Oprah would consider this something to be important for women's spiritual lives. As such a powerful voice in this world, I would have hoped she would lead a life worthy of Jesus and not be deceived into something that just sounds good or makes you feel better about yourself. I guess all we can do is pray for her and Marianne . That their eyes would be opened to the Truth.
